退款政策

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at ashikaattire@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2456 Purdue Circle, Corona, CA 92881

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible to pay and provide your own return shipping label. Instructions on how and where to send your package can be provided by contacting us at ashikaattire@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Restocking & Shipping Fee

If you received free or discounted shipping on your original order, a $7.99 flat fee, plus restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund to cover our initial shipping costs.

If you paid for shipping, only the restocking fee of 20% applies (no additional deduction).

Exceptions: No fee for exchanges or defective/damaged items.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will be responsible for return shipping label costs.

 

Expectations

When a return request is approved we will need the following from you to ensure the product is still in new condition and unworn - this will determine weather your return request will be approved or denied. 

You will be expected to provide us with the following information:
Pictures of the following:
  • Item 1: Item Name, Color, Size
    • Picture of the Top view of the left and right shoe
    • Picture of the Bottom view of the left and right shoe
    • Picture of the corner of the back heel (close up of each shoe)
    • Picture of the packaging (shoe box, dust bags, etc.)
All pictures must be clear with good lighting. Each picture should have both (left and right) shoes in them, with the size visible. It must be clear to us which shoes you are sending pictures of. If we find the pictures to be of low quality and we are unable to verify the condition of the shoes, we will request for you to retake and resubmit the pictures in a higher quality for reverification. 
In the case the shoes show any signs of being worn / used, we will not accept the return and your return request will be denied.

The above steps are required for each item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
